Rimbaud by Mario Mercier

For the celebration of the centenary of Arthur Rimbaud's death, Mario Mercier, at the request of Helen Legout and Editions Albin Michel, executed a series of paintings to illustrate some of Rimbaud's poems for a book that was published in 1991.
His paintings have been exhibited at the Museum of Metz, the Museum of Chalons-sur-Marne, at the Museum of Armentieres and the Museum of St-Paul-de-Vence.
